To do this in Lightroom, mask out the image to select the regions of the image you want to sharpen. keep down the Alt/possibility critical when clicking on Masking during the Sharpening panel. A box will pop up in which you input the details about how you want to save the file. Decide which folder you want to save it in under the Export place tab.
